Leadership Development for Women: 6-Session Program
Designed for entrepreneurs, middle managers, senior managers, directors, partners and vice presidents with direct experience leading people Leadership Momentum is a 6-month program designed to accelerate professional growth, enhance self-awareness, improve personal and team performance.
This course is also very applicable for advanced students engaged in pursuing business administration and management or as continuing education development training.
Each participant will receive a 1-hour private coaching session.

Session 1: Success by Intent - Your Leadership Style
We’ll explore why to invest in Leadership Development, being intentional with Goal Setting, definitions of Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Traits & Styles
Session2: Your Leadership Brand – Confidence Gap
We'll study How Beliefs are formed, elements of Executive Presence and your personal Leadership Brand
Session 3: The Power of Influence
We’ll identify and discuss the Principles of Influence, Building your Network and Political Savvy
Session 4: Getting Things Done
Managing People including Feedback & Delegation, Leading Teams and Motivating Others
Session 5: Decision-Making
We’ll identify and discuss Vision, Strategic Planning and Thinking along with Decision-Making and Risk-Taking
Session 6: Negotiation – Asking for What you Want
We'll cover Negotiating Styles, how to use them and Value Driven Leadership

Robin brings 30 years of business and leadership to our Emerging Leaders Program curriculum and conversations. Her corporate work as an investment banker, large P&L Leader, Marketing Director and Head of Talent Development bring a broad breadth of first-hand experience and strategies to the table as our participants define and refine their own leadership styles. Robin’s ongoing work with more than 50 companies and not-for-profit organizations enable her to bring both a time-tested and fresh perspective to developing seasoned leaders in high performance cultures. As a co-founder of two major international women’s networks, and a mentor to scores of professionals, she brings both a macro and micro approach to advancing tomorrow’s leaders.
